San Juan Cycles is a full service bicycle shop.  APPOINTMENTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!   With an extensive background of race team support on the world cup level, we pride ourselves on high quality work and excellent attention to detail. We are equipped to provide suspension service, drive train and brake maintenance, wheel building, and any other repair for most major component and frame manufacturers. Below is a list of basic services and prices that we offer. Services

Hourly rate  $90

Standard Tune - $180

• For all road / mtb bikes with cable brakes.  2 hrs of service
• Wash Bike / De-grease drivetrain
• cable brakes adjusted / pads inspected
• Wheels evaluated in truing stand; spokes adjusted as nec
• Measure chain / shifting adjustment / hanger alignment
• Der cable and housing replaced if nec (parts not incl)
• Check bottom bracket and headset bearings
• tubeless tire care
• Set tire pressure and lube chain
• Bolt check and test ride

MTB DIsc tune w/ Fork 50hr service    $280

All the services in the MTB Hydraulic Disc Tune PLUS:

• Front Suspension 50hr Service FOX & ROCK SHOX
• includes installation of parts purchased from SJC (excluding hub bearings, pivot bearings, brake MC rebuild kits)
• damper / spring service available for additional charge
• Additional charge for Remote Lockouts

Kids / Townie Tune- $90

• Covers any necessary adjustments to make the bike safe to ride
• Bike wash not included ​
• grossly neglected children's bikes will be subject to massive upcharge

MTB / ROAD  Disc Tune - $225

• For all road / mtb bikes with hydraulic disc brakes / 2.5 hours
• Bike is washed, drive train degreased, frame polished
• full brake system bleed / rotors trued, pads inspected, resurfaced
• remove cranks, evaluate bottom bracket bearings
• drivetrain is measured / shifting adjusted / hanger alignment
• der cable and housing replacement as needed / bar wrap not incl
• wheels evaluated on truing stand, adjusted as needed
• adjust hubs where applicable / freehub service if possible
• tubeless tire care
• lube chain, set pressures, test ride

MTB DIsc tune w/ Full suspension service    $360

All the services in the MTB Hydraulic Disc Tune PLUS:

• Front and Rear Suspension 50hr Service FOX & ROCKSHOX
• 4 hours of labor / free installation of parts purchased from SJC
  
• evaluate rear shock on dyno when air can is removed
• Additional charge for Remote Lockouts
• all pressures and settings are recorded prior to service

New Bike Build $90/hr

• Full professional assembly
• every job is different so we typically offer estimates when we see how much time and detail is required

Bike Boxing / Packing STARTING @ $90

• Professionally boxed and packaged so nothing gets damaged
• we don't ship bikes but can help with options such as bikeflights

Bike Wash  $20-$45

• Basic wash to remove dirt  $20 
• World cup wash includes degreasing, detailing, and polish $45

We work on e-bikes

We are only human, and sometimes things don't function as well on the trail as they do in the stand. We are always happy to re-visit a repair that was recently in the shop so we can ensure every customer is treated with the same level of professionalism that the world level athletes we have worked with in the past expect.
